What is the RESET button in EN-Track?

The training-results of the previous (already performed) exercise, have to be ignored for the exercise that has to be performed NOW, so that this one will not be the basis for the exercise that has to be performed NOW.
If you don't ignore it while the top-detection is switched on (protocol is on auto-adjustable), the last performed training parameters will be reset again on the chip-card and the client will only see this value on the device (this value will not be shown on the training-screen). If top-detection has not been switched on (fixed protocol), the data of a previous training don’t have to be reset.

When the results of the last performed exercise are HIGHER than wanted according to the screen and you would like to make a definitive adjustment of the further course of the training-cycle, then you have to use the button 'adjustment of protocols' on the tab 'training'.

When the results of the last performed exercise are LOWER than wanted according to the screen and you would like to make a definitive adjustment of the further course of the training-cycle, then you have to make an adjustment in the alteration-menu of the exercise.
